Data Erasure and Storage Duration
Your personal data will be erased as soon as they are no longer required to fulfil the purpose for gathering the data, provided the continued storage is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations.
Your Rights
You have the following rights vis-á-vis the responsible party with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 DS-GVO)
insofar as these rights are not restricted by § 11 ff. DSG NRW or any other statutory regulations.
Right to withdraw your declaration of consent on data protectionYou also have the right to withdraw your declaration of consent on data protection at any time. Such a withdrawal affects the lawfulness of processing your personal data after you have declared it to us. The lawfulness of processing your data until the time of your withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authorityIf you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR i.V.m. § 19 BDSG and § 29 DSG NRW).
